“First let me say this is my first review. I don't post typically online but felt it was important to share thought process and experience with my recent investment in our home.
Your HVAC system is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home and your family’s comfort. It should be efficient and so quiet you forget it’s there. It should last 15–20 years with automatically scheduled maintenance. It should create the best indoor environment possible—controlling temperature, humidity, air quality, and reducing airborne bacteria and viruses.
And it should be worry-free for at least 10 years — that would be ideal.
To engage a team that can deliver all of that — that would also be Ideal.
Ideal Heating and Air exceeded my expectations, just as their tagline promises.
The improvement in our indoor climate was immediate and dramatic.
In just two days in February 2026, they replaced my 30-year-old furnace and 20-year-old air conditioner with a high-efficiency HVAC system custom designed specifically for my home. They installed a whole-house humidifier to maintain indoor humidity between 40–45% and added an air scrubber to help sanitize the air and significantly reduce airborne contaminants within the first few hours of operation.
The system is so quiet that with the utility room door closed, I can barely tell it’s running. I’ve actually checked the unit just to make sure it was on. The only sound I hear is the water solenoid on the humidifier.
I sleep better. I no longer wake up with sinus irritation. The air feels fresh. There’s noticeably less airborne dust, and I no longer smell any pet odors. My skin isn’t dry or itchy.
They’ve also protected my investment for the next 10 years by automatically scheduling maintenance and covering parts—making the entire experience truly worry-free.
When I break down the cost over the expected life of the system, it comes to less than $100 per month for premium comfort, cleaner air, protection for my family’s health, and complete peace of mind.
That’s not just ideal. That’s exceptional.

“Reese came for routine maintenance and found that a problem that had been diagnosed 2 years earlier (and I thought had been taken care of) had not been completely fixed. It took two trips and I'm not sure how many phone calls for him to get the info he needed to repair it properly. I'm grateful he had the knowledge and took the time to follow up and make sure the furnace is running like it should instead of hurrying through the list of calls he was scheduled to make that day. Every company who does any work asks for a 5 star review. I don't give a review unless it's truly outstanding or awful. Reese definitely earned 5 stars and I will recommend Ideal to everyone.
Also, shout out to Sophia! She knows what she's doing, is great at following up, actually listens to clients and is always pleasant!”

“This was a scheduled Silver A/C maintenance visit. I mentioned to Josh that the furnace made an abnormal noise during initial startup. Josh told me he couldn't identify the noise. Upon a second attempt, the noise was apparent. Josh informed me of the needed repair and acted immediately to correct the situation. He returned with the warranted part and installed it. To date, the repair has had no issues.
Josh was professional and genuinely concerned with my complaint. He demonstrated a genuine desire to correct the issue.”
“Corwin and Reese came to do the routine maintenance on our geothermal units today. They throughly went thru our 2 Bosch units. Ideal did the installation for us and we have a maintenance program with them. We have been very pleased with Ideal, their customer service is outstanding, the units work great.”

“We had 2 other companies try to fix our geo thermal system with “bandade” fixes for the last couple of years. I reached out to Ideal Heating and they were able to schedule a service call within 24 hrs. One tech arrived and started looking things over. I love this next part—he let me know that he realized the geothermal system was not his expertise and he called his work partner for help. When Josh arrived, he looked things over, tried several things and eventually called his boss for help as well. Our system is approximately 15yrs old. They were able to find new replacement parts that would work on our system. Now it works like a charm. They did have to make a minor adjustment later. All is great! Everyone from the scheduler to the repair guys were honest, straight forward and really cared about doing a great job. Sorry for the long review!”
“Great experience with this company and technician. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jacob arrived on time, diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He gave me information on my system and how to keep it running effectively. He personally delivered filetrs I ordered. He was a joy to work with and if I need any assistance in the future I will definitely be calling this company!”

“I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Josh! We were trying to figure out why our gas use was so high with MUD. MUD was puzzled and suggested we check with HVAC. Josh went above and beyond to help us diagnose the issue with our A/C units and thermostats. Of course this all started on a Friday and Josh stayed in contact over a weekend to help us figure out what was happening with our units. He was able to solve a tricky problem and do the repairs on Monday. He was very careful not to try costly quick fixes. He really worked to find the actual issue for a repair. We have been long time customers of Ideal Heating and Air because of the wonderful, hardworking, conscientious people who really care about their customers. Thank you Josh and the team at Ideal!!”
