Josh went above and beyond to help us diagnose the issue with our A/C units and thermostats. Of course this all started on a Friday and Josh stayed in contact over a weekend to help us figure out what was happening with our units. He was able to solve a tricky problem and do the repairs on Monday. He was very careful not to try costly quick fixes. He really worked to find the actual issue for a repair.
