“We had 2 other companies try to fix our geo thermal system with “bandade” fixes for the last couple of years. I reached out to Ideal Heating and they were able to schedule a service call within 24 hrs. One tech arrived and started looking things over. I love this next part—he let me know that he realized the geothermal system was not his expertise and he called his work partner for help. When Josh arrived, he looked things over, tried several things and eventually called his boss for help as well. Our system is approximately 15yrs old. They were able to find new replacement parts that would work on our system. Now it works like a charm. They did have to make a minor adjustment later. All is great! Everyone from the scheduler to the repair guys were honest, straight forward and really cared about doing a great job. Sorry for the long review!”
