“This was a scheduled Silver A/C maintenance visit. I mentioned to Josh that the furnace made an abnormal noise during initial startup. Josh told me he couldn't identify the noise. Upon a second attempt, the noise was apparent. Josh informed me of the needed repair and acted immediately to correct the situation. He returned with the warranted part and installed it. To date, the repair has had no issues.

“I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Josh! We were trying to figure out why our gas use was so high with MUD. MUD was puzzled and suggested we check with HVAC. Josh went above and beyond to help us diagnose the issue with our A/C units and thermostats. Of course this all started on a Friday and Josh stayed in contact over a weekend to help us figure out what was happening with our units. He was able to solve a tricky problem and do the repairs on Monday. He was very careful not to try costly quick fixes. He really worked to find the actual issue for a repair.
