“Reese came for routine maintenance and found that a problem that had been diagnosed 2 years earlier (and I thought had been taken care of) had not been completely fixed. It took two trips and I'm not sure how many phone calls for him to get the info he needed to repair it properly. I'm grateful he had the knowledge and took the time to follow up and make sure the furnace is running like it should instead of hurrying through the list of calls he was scheduled to make that day. Every company who does any work asks for a 5 star review. I don't give a review unless it's truly outstanding or awful. Reese definitely earned 5 stars and I will recommend Ideal to everyone.
Also, shout out to Sophia! She knows what she's doing, is great at following up, actually listens to clients and is always pleasant!”

He explained everything he was doing, and was very adept and skilled in his work. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the furnace and explaining to us some options for optimizing our heating efficiency. We look forward to working with Ideal in the future.”
