“First let me say this is my first review. I don't post typically online but felt it was important to share thought process and experience with my recent investment in our home.
Your HVAC system is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home and your family’s comfort. It should be efficient and so quiet you forget it’s there. It should last 15–20 years with automatically scheduled maintenance. It should create the best indoor environment possible—controlling temperature, humidity, air quality, and reducing airborne bacteria and viruses.
And it should be worry-free for at least 10 years — that would be ideal.
To engage a team that can deliver all of that — that would also be Ideal.
Ideal Heating and Air exceeded my expectations, just as their tagline promises.
The improvement in our indoor climate was immediate and dramatic.
In just two days in February 2026, they replaced my 30-year-old furnace and 20-year-old air conditioner with a high-efficiency HVAC system custom designed specifically for my home. They installed a whole-house humidifier to maintain indoor humidity between 40–45% and added an air scrubber to help sanitize the air and significantly reduce airborne contaminants within the first few hours of operation.
The system is so quiet that with the utility room door closed, I can barely tell it’s running. I’ve actually checked the unit just to make sure it was on. The only sound I hear is the water solenoid on the humidifier.
I sleep better. I no longer wake up with sinus irritation. The air feels fresh. There’s noticeably less airborne dust, and I no longer smell any pet odors. My skin isn’t dry or itchy.
They’ve also protected my investment for the next 10 years by automatically scheduling maintenance and covering parts—making the entire experience truly worry-free.
When I break down the cost over the expected life of the system, it comes to less than $100 per month for premium comfort, cleaner air, protection for my family’s health, and complete peace of mind.
That’s not just ideal. That’s exceptional.
